Ennore Sand

The particle size of this abrasive mixture lies in between the grain size of 2 millimeters and 90 microns. It is commonly used for accessing the quality of cement, lime, and other mineral admixtures that can be used in construction industries. Ennore Sand availed by us are free from slits and a small percentage of permissible rounded particles. It has a specific gravity of 2.64 with an absorption rate of 0.8 percent within 24 hours. This mixture is composed of materials such as silicon dioxide, aluminum trioxide, ferric oxide, and calcium oxide. Composed of three grades (Grade I, Grade II and Grade III having the sizes 1 mm to 2 mm, 0.5 mm to 1 mm and 0.09 mm to 0.5 mm respectively), each one corresponding to 33.33% weight, was used as fine aggregate in the mortar.
